    If we can’t fix it, you don’t pay — our “No Fix, No Fee” policy applies to most repairs.

    Most onsite repairs are completed within 1 hour; shop repairs typically take 1–3 days.
  5. Can I get a loaner computer while mine is being repaired?
    Loaners are sometimes available for extended repairs. Please ask about current availability.

Pricing & Appointments

  1. How much do you charge for diagnostic and repair services?
    Onsite repairs have a 1-hour minimum charge of $135.00 per hour and billed at $2.25 per minute thereafter. We do not charge for travel. Remote sessions have a 15-minute minimum.
  2. Do you charge by the hour or by the job?
    We generally charge hourly for onsite work, and not to exceed rates for certain services.
  3. Do you offer flat-rate pricing for common repairs?
    Onsite services are billed per hour with not to exceed pricing for virus removal, system reinstalls, data recovery, and other services.
  4. Do you have any discounts for students or seniors?
    We keep our pricing fair and affordable for everyone, so we don’t offer separate discounts. Our goal is to provide great value to all our customers. The project scope can be modified if pricing exceeds budget.
  5. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.

Scheduling, Pickup and Delivery Questions

  1. Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
    We operate by appointment only. There is no storefront or walk-in availability. Our technicians travel to the customer’s location. Remote support appointments are available. Schedule online or by phone.
  2. Do you offer pickup and drop-off services?
    Onsite appointments are scheduled for pickup and delivery services. We do not charge for travel.
  3. Can I drop my computer off at your location?
    Yes, but by appointment only.
